The 30-Day Couples Connection Challenge
Most connection challenges fail because they're homework. This one is built differently: one prompt a day, five minutes or less, either partner can pass, and nothing gets posted anywhere.
The prompts below come straight from the app's date-night and conversation decks — the same decks couples play on date night. Do them in order, or treat the list as a menu.
The 30 days
One prompt per day. Answer both partners, then trade one follow-up question.
- Day 1: Share something you've never told anyone on a first date before
- Day 2: Tell them your biggest insecurity and why
- Day 3: Share a moment from your past that still affects you today
- Day 4: What's the most spontaneous thing you've ever done?
- Day 5: What's the worst date you've ever been on? Make me feel better about mine.
- Day 6: When did you first think about kissing me?
- Day 7: What's the most attractive thing I've done without realizing it?
- Day 8: What's the tension between us feel like to you?
- Day 9: What's your favorite body part of your partner?
- Day 10: What was your first impression of them?
- Day 11: What's the sweetest thing they've done for you?
- Day 12: Never have I ever had a crush on a celebrity
- Day 13: Never have I ever forgotten an anniversary
- Day 14: What's the biggest risk you've taken for love?
- Day 15: What's something that happened in a past relationship that changed you?
- Day 16: What scares you most about actually falling for someone?
- Day 17: What would you do if I kissed you right now?
- Day 18: Would you rather: Always know what I'm thinking — or Never know what I'm thinking?
- Day 19: Would you rather: We only kiss for a month — or We only cuddle for a month?
- Day 20: Who's more likely to plan a surprise date?
- Day 21: Who's more likely to write a love letter?
- Day 22: Who's more likely to remember the anniversary date?
- Day 23: Give a 30-second shoulder massage
- Day 24: Whisper something you love about them in their ear
- Day 25: Hold hands and make eye contact for 60 seconds
- Day 26: What's your hottest take on relationships that people disagree with?

- Day 28: What's the most romantic thing you've ever done?
- Day 29: Describe your ideal romantic evening in detail
Tips
- Miss a day? Skip it. The challenge works because it's easy to return to, not because it's unbroken.
- Rule of the house: a pass costs nothing and carries no debt.
- Deeper answers earn a longer conversation, not a longer list.
Common questions
Is this the same as the app's 7-day challenge?
It complements it: the 7-Day Connection Challenge is a structured week of activities; this 30-day version is one prompt a day from the conversation decks. Start with whichever fits your week.
What do we need to play?
Nothing but this page and five minutes a day. The app versions add a private place to keep answers, intensity controls, and the next 1,300+ prompts when the month ends.
Can we do more than one prompt a day?
Sure — but one is the design. The challenge is built to survive busy weeks, which is exactly when couples need it most.
