Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Adam & Eve (the App), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Age requirement

The App is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The App contains mature content, including intimate questions, romantic scenarios, and adult themes.

Consent and conduct

Use the App only with consenting partners. Activities suggested by the App are intended to be performed with full mutual consent. Either partner may pass or stop an activity at any time.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Some features require a Premium subscription or one-time purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Privacy

Relationship content stays on your device. Purchases may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat, and ads may be served by Google AdMob for free users. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The App provides entertainment content for couples. It is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or therapy. Content is provided as is without warranty.

Intellectual property

Content, design, and code within the App are owned by Azani LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Azani LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the App, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
